This Privacy Policy provides information on how we use, disclose and otherwise process the personal data collected from you. We treat all personal data in accordance with the provisions of European and Austrian data protection legislation.

In accordance with the applicable requirements of data protection legislation, we have the obligation pursuant to Art. 5 para. 5 point e of the GDPR to erase personal data without undue delay as soon as the purpose of processing has been fulfilled. In this regard we would like to advise that statutory obligations to retain data and retention periods constitute a legitimate purpose for the processing of personal data.
To run our websites and to maintain their security and functionality, and to provide information on our services, the operator of the relevant website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically forwards to us. Such information includes your Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser, your language settings, your operating system, the referrer URL, your internet service provider and the date/time. Such information is technically necessary for the operation of the website (section 165 para. 2 of the Telecommunications Act [TKG, Telekommunikationsgesetz]).
We reserve the right to subsequently verify these data if there is indication of unlawful use of these data.

In the case of direct messages, we process the data contained in them for the purpose of (pre)contractual communication (Art. 6 para. 1 point b of the GDPR).
